The SPRAYWAND™ Pretreatment Application System
The P500 was specially designed for OEMs and job shops that have an ongoing need for the cleaning and pretreating of metals. The P500 is manufactured with the same quality components and features of the P300; it's just a smaller system! The PEM system produces the same high quality results as high-end multi stage systems allowing you to save even more money. We guarantee you will lower your production expenses and improve product quality though better paint adhesion and corrosion protection. The P500 will continue to deliver your pre-treatment chemicals as required whether it is injected downstream or sprayed directly from the drum. It can also apply chemicals at heated or ambient temperatures at high pressure for maximum cleaning or low pressure to conserve chemicals. PEM also offers solutions to elevate your system and store your hoses to prevent damage to your equipment.

P-500 SPRAYWAND™ Key Features
Fixed orifice injectors deliver precise chemical metering for maximum performance and savings. Downstream injection provides better, faster cleaning. (Pump components are not exposed to chemical). All machine components exposed to chemicals are stainless steel.
Adjustable wash temperature. High-efficiency two-stage coil maximizes heat transfer. Burner is naturally aspirated for efficient combustion.
